JOB
FUNCTION:
Responsible for packing and shipping of materials from Cruiser
Customizing, Inc. to customers, vendors and other contacts. General
warehouse duties and assist with receiving as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Prepare and pack customer orders
for shipping by correctly completing pick tickets.
·
Accurately process domestic shipments by completing
invoicing and shipping process.
· Maintain accurate shipping logs
for each carrier used.
· Process international shipments
with proper customs forms and shipping documents.
· Manage and order the packaging
materials.
· Completion of internal work
orders for shipping process.
· Warehouse duties including
stocking, and inventory management.
· Other duties as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· High school education or
equivalent experience.
· 3 years experience working in a
shipping and warehouse environment
· Ideally, experience with
fulfillment operations for mail order businesses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
· Ability to carry a demanding
workload in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
·
Familiarity with use of PC keyboard and mouse using
applications such as MS Word, MS Outlook, and order management
systems.
· Must be willing to work overtime
as required, often on short notice.
· Must
be a team player and demonstrate operating style consistent with
our culture
·
Must be able to lift weights of up to 45 lbs.
