What a great unit! Installs in minutes and provides FM reassurance. Most other alarms just make noise when the bike is being disturbed. This Scorpio not only makes noise at the bike, but sends an alarm to the key fob to alert the owner. If the perimeter sensor is activated - the key fob alerts the owner and tells how many times the bike has been approached. In addition, the unit has a battery gauge which lets you know if the battery is getting low -- before it gets too low! Once again - awesome unit!

I bought this little gem one month ago with the risk of knowing that if things went wrong then I could be waiting a long time for replacements(I live in Munich, Germany and here there are no Scorpio dealers!!) However the reviews that I read about this system were so convincing that I decided to "go for it". Just to make sure things ran smoothly I took my Fatboy to the nearby Harley Dealer to have them install the alarm. The hiding of the cables under the seat and behind the back fender was not so easy. All in all a longer fitting process than expected, thus raising the price even higher!! Do I regret it? Not a fat chance!! This little beauty of an alarmsystem is the best you will find today on the market and well worth the money for the piece of mind it gives you, When not hidden in a parkhouse with 6ft walls then I find the 1/2mile radius connection to be correct. Certainly in the open it does exceed to the 1/2mile mark. The perimeter setting is "wicked". The very first day in action ...

This is a great system and really eay to use once you figure it out. Had to read through the instructions twice on the different arming modes to get it straight in my head. Probably should go back and read it again, I've probably forgotten something. Install was a snap. Didn't bother with the factory harness to just plug into the bike. Cut and crimped the wires, still easy to do. Super easy to use and I haven't had prolems with the battery in the remote like some folks claim.
