Always hated flipping up and down with my feet and almost causing an accident when ever I wanted to use typical cruiser pegs. Now just move feet up when got on freeway and move feet down when get off freeway. Something to note the rubber rings tend to move around "Shift out of there groov's" when in use so be prepared to move them back after stopping.
