Finally a bag that "works" for traveling - especially a series of one night stays!! I've tried many different bags and methods of packing - and it always came back to two things: packing and access to the items inside it; and the biggie - hauling a fully packed bag to/from the bike. The "storage shelves" inside help keep things organized and retain the shape of the bag. Lots of extra pockets inside and out. The other outstanding feature is you can stand it upright and open it like it has a door on it - no more unpacking or digging around in a bag to find something! Suspect the wife's going to make me sell the other 8 bags I've bought over the years in search of what this one does! Can't wait for my first long trip with it!!!

took in on a 9 day trip up along with Classic Tour Bag and was very pleased with its storage capacity, and accessiblity. The compartements made it much easier to pack and access items - was initially concerned that they would be limit storage of larger items, but the expansion space on the top was able to store a full face helmet. It was easy to secure to my sissy bar (impressive velcro wrap provides the secure fastening needed) while the adjustbable straps with snaps (which were the only weakness - could be broken if reefed on) that made it easy to secure the bag in place. I used some adjustable elastic straps to do the job instead of the stock straps. The external pockets were very handy and overall the bag worked great. And the rain cover was also made to last and slipped over the entire bag and sissy bar, very quickly.

I bought this bag used and used it for a week's stay in Sturgis in 2009, and it worked PERFECTLY. The straps are strategically located and there is even a video on the Kuryakyn website showing the best way to connect them to connect the bag to your bike. I have a medium height sissy bar with a hard luggage rack on a 2007 Stratoliner S and it fit fine. Plenty of storage for a week's worth of clothes and a few souvenirs to boot. Rolled it into the hotel, a REAL nice feature.

This a great bag but a bit smaller than I was expecting. It is very convenient to use for a 1-3 night trip but maybe not so good for a long haul where you want to take a range of gear and/or a pillion. The wheels are great and I get many an envious look when I roll the bag into the hotel and the others are lugging/dragging theirs.
