Kuryakyn Turn Signal Mirrors with Flat Glass - Pair
This Küryakyn original looks good coming and going. From the drivers seat, they are a functional, great looking custom mirror. Flat glass gives a more accurate representation of the distance of vehicles behind you. A heavy duty locking mechanism and swivel ball keep these mirrors adjusted just where you want them. Looking at the mirrors from the front, you'll notice a bank of LED's that work as a running light and a super bright auxiliary turn signal. Unlike other lighted mirrors, these lights only face forward so glare is not a factor. The life of this light source will be several times that of incandescent bulbs. Hardware for a variety of H-D mounting applications is included, metric mirror adapters are sold separately. Load equalizer NOT required. Not D.O.T. approved.Price ...

These mirrors work good and look nice. I had them on my bike for about one year but had to buy new mirrors when my bike laid on its side.

one of them didn't work out of the box and needed re-wiring. I like the look, but they don't give off much light for an indicator.

They shake but not enough to bug me. Turn Signals are bright. TRUST ME ON THIS!!!DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND THROW THE LOAD EQUALIZER IN THE GARBAGE!!! DO NOT USE IT!!! GO TO WWW.CUSTOMLED.COM AND BUY A Electronic LED Flasher Blinker Relays - "No Load" Plug And Play. THE $20 WILL SAVE YOU FROM CUTTNG INTO YOUR WIRE HARNESS AND SPENDING AT LEAST AN HOUR JUST FIGURING OUT WHICH MISS-COLORED WIRES GO WHERE. Trust me on this. If you have a VTX you need the ELFR-1 DOT Flasher Relay. The VTX is not listed but it's the one you need. Thank me later

A good replacement for my Kuryakyn Magnum Large Mirrors with Standard Stem. The LED Turn Signal Lights are a very smart addition to safety as it greatly improved visibility at the front end when indicating to turn.

Just installed the KY-4001 lightbar and need the extra light. These look and work great. As stated before, the attached wiring is a good 6-8 inches short. Needed to solder extensions to reach headlight. I did not use for driving lights, turn signals only.

Great product, everything you expect from Kuryakyn. Wasn't sure how they were going to pull off the wiring but it came with a braided cover over it and it was easy to hide. Not particularly difficult set up but I'm sure it is easier if you know more about wiring. Really liked the flat glass, and the range of mobility of the mirror made them more functional than my stock mirrors. PROBLEMS: the nut that secures it to the bike is prone to rust (bad). Keep an eye on it and take care of it as it comes instead of trying to backtrack after waaay too long (which is what I'm having ot do). Also, on the VTX wiring, you cannot get running and turn-signal lights to work, it's one or the other. I went with turn-signals, but not until after trying extensively trying to get both to work. Trust me, it just doesn't.

The reason for purchasing these was because it never hurts to have as much visibility as you can get on a bike. The real bonus comes with night riding as they provide additional running lights at a higher level. The units I purchased were from Rivco Products and have Red Led's in the mirror face so that whoever is behind you can see the addtional signal, just like the ones on a lot of new car mirrors, again giving you that little extra for night riding.

Like them! I decided I wanted a little more front turn visibility... so I installed these mirrors. I love the looks and the visibility is great. I did not like the flat glass and chanhed out to the convex as I like to see as much around me as possible

Installed this item on my 05 VTX1300C. You need to get the adaptive screw for the metric bikes. You also need to use a load equalizer if you don't already have one hooked up on the rear signals. The only issue I had was that on my bike, there is an electronic flasher and the circuitry is similar to that of the mirrors, so they won't play nicely together initially. The wiring will be different then what is in the package. The guys at kuryakyn were great helping me figure out the issue!! You will need to join the right running light (blue w/white stripe), the left running light (orange w/white stripe) together with the two red wires from the mirrors all at the same junction in order to have the running lights and turn signal lights work simultaneously. The two white wires from the mirrors will connect normally to the bike's right signal wire (blue) and left signal wire (orange) along with one purple (load equalizer) wire on each one (but not together). The only other option is to have th...

Installation was very easy. Hide the wires. LED signals works great. I had a problem with right mirror LED light. It was touching ground inside the mirror. Just small isolation and it was OK. After disassembling the mirror be sure to install the rubber seal properly.

These mirrors look great. Lens is not amber. Lens is white with amber l.e.d. bulbs behind, just like tail/brake light on m50 boulevard. Gives off more orange glow than other amber lights on bike. no big deal, still look great, just not quite as much yellow color as expected.
