Great boots, they replace my old Alpinestar boots they I had worn out over the years. I was concerned that it will take a long time to break them in but after a week of wearing them and walking around a bit they are really comfortable already. They are waterproof (haven't had a chance to test that yet) but breathable which I could verify.
I like that the zipper is covered with some velco. This year I ruined my FirstGear boots when I broke off the exposed zipper ...
The bottom is very slip resistant, important on those rainy days.
All in all I'm really happy with this purchase, especially at only $130 retail.

Overall I like these boots. Cons: The bottom sole width is narrower than you'd expect and so doesn't give quite the same wide sturdy base as other boots. The left boot toe reinforcement is a bit stiff at first* when you bend your foot when kneeling or even walking, but over time loosens up. Pros: Waterproof, easy to get on and off with side zipper and velcro flaps, look nice, comfortable fit*.
