Job Description

JOB FUNCTION:

Qualified individual should have experience providing customer service in a retail mail order environment with excellent communication skills via telephone and email.

Qualified individual must be a self-starter, able to work independently, accurately, be detail oriented, organized, with outstanding follow-through.

Qualified individual must be very computer literate. Computer programs used are Order/Inventory mgmt software, MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows 2002 and CRM software.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·      Answer incoming calls providing friendly, courteous, accurate and timely information to customers and prospective customers via telephone and email.

·      Enter and process sales orders and acknowledgements

·      Manage and respond to customer service/support email and requests to expedite an order

·      Assist with order processing, inventory management, filing, general administration and other duties as required

·      Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of operations and sales practices.

·     Support Cruiser Customizing’s core values. Environment is fast paced. We deal with many customers with different backgrounds and from the around the world which often has more challenges than other industries.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of directly related experience supporting sales and service
  • Education – minimum HS grad or GED, some college preferred
  • Experience with computers using Outlook, Internet Browsers, Excel and Word
  • Familiar with motorcycles and their parts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while dealing with customers and problems
  • Demonstrated ability to keep pace with changes to company processes to address concerns

·         Outstanding communication skills: verbal/non-verbal/written/listening, including interacting with multiple levels internally and with customers

  • Must be a team player and demonstrate operating style consistent with our culture – willing to work overtime as required

·        Must have ability to demonstrate critical reasoning skills in prior job experience

·        Ability to fluently speak Spanish is a plus.
